Kool-Aid introduces
carbonated fruit drink
The 2018 soft red winter wheat
harvest expanded across the
South and Delta states and
was poised to begin in the
key Central states. The quality
of much of the winter wheat
crop being harvested in the
Southeast, particularly Georgia,
was adversely affected by
excessive rains that have washed
across the region.

Given the problems in the
Southeast, soft flour users
were eager for the harvest
to expand into more
promising regions.
